I didn’t particularly like the haircut this time. The shape of my hair is exactly what I didn’t want, despite me mentioning it explicitly at the start.
The barber was nice, but a bit rough with the comb and on the massage.
Also, I’d specifically chosen an employee based on a personal recommendation, but someone else gave me the haircut.

Best haircut I’ve had in a long time! He knew exactly how to trim the top subtlety to make it look nice and thick, plus he spent a very long time doing a very detailed fade. I also had the beard trim which was great; included a lovely hot towel and wet shave also.
Could not recommend this place enough!
