The haircut itself was good. I did feel a little uncomfortable at times, the staff had a private phone call on loudspeaker while I was having my hair washed. It felt uncomfortable and awkward.

Finding a good hairdresser has always been difficult as I have thick, South Asian hair. I got a ladies dry cut here and it was a really lovely experience. The process was efficient and comfortable - barely any tugging or pulling at my hair, which less experienced hairdressers tend to do. And the cut itself was beautiful. I'm really enjoying it!
