they cancelled my cut,colour,treatment appointment by email. Asked if I want to reschedule or refund. I asked to reschedule and then they disappeared and never responded to anything. it's been 2 weeks, no reschedule. no refund. I'm very frustrated.
I booked an appointment for Saturday 10th January at 15:20. I turned up there at 15:00, a lash technician let me in, explaining that my hair stylist wasn’t in. I was confused and got her to check details, she confirmed that I was booked in on the system, so I know it was not my mistake. She then called the hairstylist who said she cancelled as my booking left her with a gap. Claimed she called and emailed, yet both my phone log and emails show zero sign of either… wasted my time! Beware.
