Pre-paid appointment was cancelled over a call an hour before the appointment, but not cancelled on treatwell. No refund, and no answer to my calls subsequently. I have had no previous issues so pretty surprised about this incident. I would like treatwell to step in.

Arrived at the appointment but the gate was closed. I called, emailed and texted but nothing. Didn’t even receive an apology message later.
If you don’t take bookings on Sunday, then they shouldn’t be available on the website
