Atmosphere-no existent. Tense. Lady chewed gum loudly the whole time. Spoke in their own language to each other critcing the fact I had not straightened my hair which I didn’t realise I needed to do. Bordeline rude as I sat there respectfully and quietly.

Although I was pleased with the actual cut I was not happy that I paid £30 for a wash, cut and rough dry which only took ten minutes in total. I also found it odd that she dried my hair before she cut it.
