It was very busy with 13 people in total in the salon including 3 staff, this was not covid safe. Instruments used were not sterilised. The tweezers were dropped on the floor which she continued to use after picking them up. I had been recommended Epic and reviews are good but with covid I will not be going back, nor could I recommend them.
