Very easy to make an appointment, I arrived early but was still seen straight away. Very friendly staff and I'm pleased with my hair cut. Will definitely book again next time I need a hair cut

I booked an adults hair wash and blow dry and a wash and dry for my 10 year old as a treat (this was her first wash at a hairdressers). I booked timings so that we could sit together. I went first and the whole process was just rushed. I had more of a blast dry than a blow dry. I asked for curls and ended up looking like something ftom the 70s. Another customer then came in and was seen before my daughter. The hairdresser and her colleague spoke in their own language thoughout the whole time.

Had a great cut by Sanaz. I have thick wavy hair which often gets very frizzy and unmanageable. Sanaz asked me what I wanted then cut and thinned it perfectly. When I asked for something a bit unusual, Sanaz checked with me and advised what might work better, but was happy to do it as I wanted, taking the time to get it just right and checking in that I liked it as she went. My hair is now super shiny, lighter and much more manageable! Lovely cut and staff, will definitely be back - thank you!:)
