I was booked in for a hot stone massage on 19th January but unfortunately received a phone call from the manager that morning explaining the masseuse had walked out and my appointment would have to be postponed. John, the manager assured me he would be in touch as soon as possible to arrange another date. I contacted him on 24th January and he advised following consultation with his other masseuse he would be able to advise me later that day. Having heard nothing since,I emailed this morning (27th) asking for my rescheduled appointment and have not been recontacted by John to date.
I am extremely annoyed at the lack of contact especially as I paid up front for a massage that I have not received. I do hope that I will get my money back asap as I have no faith in ever receiving my massage.
Excellent company, highly recommend Edinburgh Wellbeing Centre to anyone looking for treatments.
I found the free parking in their own car park a great bonus, I was made to feel very welcome and offered a tea or coffee. The venue is very well set-out, clean and tidy. The reception/waiting area is a very good size and has been beautifully done and there are amazing flowing candles which simply made the area look awesome. The masseuse is friendly and very welcoming, I found her to be very knowledgeable and her massage is certainly one of the best I have ever had. The massage rooms are well clean and well presented with relaxing music, low level lighting and candles. All-in-all I would have no problem in recommending Edinburgh Wellbeing Centre for it's treatments. I am now a regular clients and hope to be for many years.
