I am visiting Liverpool from the US & was nervous to go to an unfamiliar salon. However, my experience was excellent! Wonderful customer service. Was offered water, tea or coffee. Everyone was friendly & welcoming. Rachel was especially great, going out of her way to answer my questions, even on her day off. I wished Edge was in the US & I could continue getting my hair done here.
