I've had two different types of treatment (hair removal and LED facial) and have always been very impressed with the results as well as the staff and facilities at Ef Medispa. I wanted to restart my laser hair removal treatment (having been treated at a different place a few years ago), and the experience and results were fantastic. The laser machine was of a much higher quality and meant the pain I dreaded many years ago was not an issue here - just a case of small yet comfortable heat sensations and fabulous results (hair growth is virtually non existent now). I was really impressed by the knowledge of the staff in terms of when to come for my next appointment, and the advised skincare treatment in between. I was also advised to have a LED facial which I hadn't ever had before - I was really surprised (in a good way) - the treatment again was comfortable and my skin felt much healthier and radiant. I'm very glad they recommended it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others!

I came for an initial consultation as I wanted a good facial treatment ahead of my wedding. The team recommended a LED light therapy facial which I was extremely happy with. The treatment itself was comfortable and the results left my skin glowing and healthy looking for quite some days afterwards. Highly recommend it for others!

Very warming welcome from all staff and nothing is too much trouble. Very knowledgeable in every aspect of their roles and if they didn't know they're keen to find out for you. Not scared in being honest with you to what is achievable from a treatment and now I'm back to complete a course of treatment as I want the best results possible. Thanks again all at efmedispa.

I cannot rate my treatment at EF Medispa (Edgbaston) highly enough! From my initial consultation to my final treatment everything was explained in full and I felt at ease with every appointment. The clinic is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming. The treatment itself (Laser Hair Removal) was pain free and I am so pleased with the results. My appointments were so relaxed and I felt comfortable in asking questions. I would definitely recommend EF Medispa Edgbaston to family and friends.
