To be fair I am not one for going to the hairdressers regularly, I usually feel uncomfortable. Tracy made me feel at ease & gave me realistic choices of what my hair can look like. She was polite, attentive & informative. The cut & blow dry was comfortable & relaxing. The cost was good too. I will definite return 😄
