The wax was very painful, more than the usual, but she is very nice and friendly. The room is clean and everything was good.

It was a little bit hidden away in the college gym, however the receptionist was very cheery and pointed me in the right direction. As for the room it was very clean and nicely lit, but sometimes because of its situation you could hear people throwing weights or running on treadmills. Which slightly ruins the whole elusion the ambient music and candles are trying to create. The message itself was absolutely brilliant though and I felt relaxed the rest of the weekend!

I'm delighted with my visit. The eyebrow wax and manicure are first class and the prices are unbeatable for a city centre salon. Lorraine is very friendly as well as good at her job. I'll definitely be back.
