Last minute they moved my appointment, they said the stylist wasn’t going to be there but when I got there she was already doing someone else’s hair. They were meant to give me a curly blowdry but didn’t, they just dried my hair and curled it with a curler, it was straight again within an hour of paying for it to be done it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in London. Don’t waste your money going here.

Enisa was wonderful. Super caring and attentive throughout and had a whole lot of patience whilst I took time to decide which style of haircut I wanted. I would highly recommend her!!!

overall the experience was amazing and all the staff were exceptional. My only negative is that the make up took a lot longer then planned so I was running behibd schedule for the event I was going to. Definitely add extra time just in case.

Great job on my hair and the ambience of the salon is lovely. However be warned they always add toner (which ofc you are going to need for highlights) for an extra £25. This is not made clear when you book and I think is a bit cheeky!
