I’ve been here a few times but unfortunately my latest visit was less than the usual standard. My appointment wasn’t with who I booked to have, and my haircut is less than satisfactory I’m afraid. I didn’t say so at the time as the stylist was very nice and didn’t want to upset, but this really isn’t good. In addition, my white top has multiple flecks of blue shampoo all over it, and I don’t understand why it seemed my hair was shampooed 6 times in a row. I hate to say but I won’t be returning.

The hairdresser spoke no English so I couldn’t communicate the colour and toner I wanted. She then put purple shampoo on my hair which I specifically said no to as it makes hair go an ash blonde. She proceeded to cut my hair even though I said no.
