The facial with Laura was lovely, she was very passionate about what she is doing and you can tell and tell that. She makes you feel very welcome and comfortable during the visit; we had nice conversations as well. There was a lot done within the hour, and although it’s not like it’s going to change your face to remove the acne instantly BUT the face feels so much different now (it’s been 2 days). It’s like painting on blank silk canvas instead of sanding paper.. My face is very smooth now! 😊

Hair stylist didn’t speak English, the quality of the blow dry was poor and not to a typical standard. Curls dropped within 5 minutes, despite me asking to keep the curls pinned in but due to the stylist not understanding I was charged £42 for a flat, lifeless “bouncy curly blow dry” which I was unable to even get some money off for. Was so disappointed.

I really liked the overall finished product but had issues with the front of my money piece being too harsh in the roots. The team were really good at getting me booked in for another appointment and fixed the issue quickly, easily and without a fuss
