I didn't get the stylist I booked, though the other colleague was attentive to what I requested for hair cut.
Wash was done after haircut, usually i'm used to it being done before to remove any product and have clean hair to cut with

Salon was quiet but floor covered in hair from previous clients. Haircut was pretty standard, as I’d expect from a £12 barbers really with a quick wash thrown in - not a salon charging £30+. What separates the bog standard barbers and a salon is the attention to detail and there wasn’t really any. Vast majority done with the clippers and comb rather than scissors which just isn’t a great sign. Often you get a quick wet shave to sharpen up lines, not here. Warm face towel to freshen up after? Nope. Just not impressed with the price for the service offered and the product recommended at the end just left hair all sticky. Wouldn’t return.
