Dermalogica facial but I’m not even 100% products were used. Beautician was 15 minutes late, so nothing was set up ready. Could hear therapist texting I between cleanses. I also had to ask for the steamer even though it was included in the treatment, which delayed treatment again. Extraction wasn’t thorough enough, and when extracted was just just wiped back on my face using fingers instead of tissue. Beautician got cream/toner in my eye which caused huge discomfort. Overall a poor experience won’t be going again.
