The whole experience was more than pleasant, hairstylist was friendly and helpful, place was clean. It’s just my hair is quite tricky to deal with, thick, coarse and straight.

Would highly recommend this salon. Customer service is excellent. I had to return the next day as was worried about some of the highlights, this was absolutely not a problem for them, I was seen straight away and the issue fixed. This is really fantastic service. Also didn't use too much product when doing the blow dry which is wonderful, as my hair is quite fine and doesn't do very well with lots of product.
