It was my first time here and the staff were really friendly and put me at ease straight away. They work very hard, are easy to talk to and my hair looks much better! I would say I think the team needs a receptionist or more junior team member on Saturdays as currently the team have to do both hair cutting as well as taking jackets of other clients/making drinks and it makes it feel a bit rushed sometimes, especially when other people are waiting on the sofa. But other than that, I had a lovely visit and hope to come back again soon.
