I had a lovely hairdresser who was chatty and did exactly what I asked

The entire experience from start to finish was awful!
First I arrive and my friend and myself had booked in to get our hair done together at the same time. However I was left waiting for over 20 minutes to be seen. The lady which who was assigned to do my hair cut (of which I have found out her name
Is KIRSTY) came up behind me and without introducing herself or making her presence known to me she grabbed my hair tie and yanked it out my hair and began to pull my hair down to see the length of it, which was very rude and abrupt and not to mention painful! My friend who was sat next to me Looked over and was shocked this lady had just done this. The lady then went on to say "so what do you want?!" In a rude, rushed and uninterested way. She then said she would get a fellow worker to wash my
Hair whilst I wait. This man was blonde middle age and also lacked the skill of introducing himself to clients. He tapped me on the shoulder and said could you come over here (pointing to the hair wash basin) throughout the whole hair wash he was huffing and puffing as if he was really stressed and annoyed that he had to wash my hair. He didn't once ask if I was ok or if the water was warm enough or vice versa. The only thing he asked me once he sat me down back in my chair was "did you book this on treatwell?" With a very Unimpressed face.
I then went on to wait another 15 minutes for the lady to finally come and start on my hair. I asked for a trim she took at least 3.5 inches off the length of my hair. She blow dried my
Hair straight even though I had asked for a bouncy blow dry. She then began to hack at my hair at the back with those horrid thinning scissors, I then asked her straight away to please not use those scissors as I do not like them they are painful and I do not like my hair to be thinned! She then got very offensive and raised her voice slightly
At me saying "I'm not letting you
Leave here looking like that! Your hair looks like a makeup brush!!" Which is highly inappropriate and I was shocked! I said she can use the normal scissors to cut up the ends of the hair to blend the layers slightly, she then told me
You can't do that! Which is a lie as that is what all decent hairdressers do! So I said that is what my hairdressers normally do. She then said "Im not standing here for 20 minutes thinning your hair out!! I have other clients to see!!"
She then went on to argue with me about it and "trying to educate me about the scissors and the effect they have on the hair" which I already know... hence me asking her NOT to use them! She then dragged my friend into the argument too! I said 'Ok well let's just leave it there then as you are clearly rushing my hair and I'd rather you didn't!'
She refused to let me leave looking like that!
she would not let it go so eventually I sat there and she again began to use the thinning scissors on my hair!!
I paid at the end because I was so upset and stressed and I just wanted to get out of there ASAP! I cried when I left and very nearly
When I was there too because she was so horrible!!!
The whole thing was the most unrelaxing, stressful, unsatisfactory hair
Treatment I have ever experienced!
And it was not what I asked for!
I literally never complain about anything but this was honestly so awful I can't believe it!!
I have had to book in somewhere else and pay for another hairdresser to fix the mess that she has made!!!
She also said she works for the royal family occassionally which I find soooooo hard to believe as she was very loud and lairy.

I had Anette who was brilliant. Listened to my requests and cut my hair beautifully. The only thing I would mention is the price, the special offer price is great but not sure I would rebook a cut and blow dry for £65.
