The therapist was lovely and did a good job considering.. however I made the booking under the impression that I could have hot waxing. When I arrived and had undressed the therapist told me she could only do strip waxing. Not at all what I want in a bikini wax but as I was busy so didn’t want to cancel.. won’t be getting strip wax on my bikini line again and didn’t appreciate the lack of forward warning, especially considering I had called earlier in the day to check the booking time.
