Not a great colour or overall experience. Don’t bother contacting customer service if you have an issue afterwards, they make excuses for their work and seriously lack understanding if you’ve also had a bad experience at their salon - like finding strangers hair in my bag from them blowing it around the floor, apparently my fault for not seeing hooks in a place I’d never been to.
I’ve since gone to a colourist in a different salon and they’ve agreed that my colour was poorly executed and are fixing my problem, properly. Staff on the day were nice, shame about the attitude to a complaint afterwards.

It was reasonably price but i was surprised that the stick used to apply the wax is was reused and put back in the hot wax. I thought this would be unhygienic as everywhere else i have been uses 1 time sticks.
