Back again to this lovely salon. Kirsty is amazing ...so chatty and friendly. I always leave loving my hair! She does it exactly how I want it every time!

Attended for a wash, cut and blow dry ( as per advertised on Treatwell) Got to the venue to find out that they would only be giving me a “rough dry” even though I had paid for what I expected to be a blow dry. Showed the receptionist the treatwell booking and receipt multiple times and they refused to give me a blow dry unless I paid £10 more on top of what I had already paid for the appointment. Disappointed with the friendliness of the staff and hospitality.

The wax was extremely hot and the beautician kept applying the scorching hot wax on the same spots over and over again. I thought my skin was going to melt off. Extremely painful. I would not recommend getting a bikini wax here unless you want your vagina to feel like it’s going to be ripped off!

I was really impressed with the service I got as a first time customer - the lady who cut my hair was really friendly. She listened to what I wanted (managing dry split ends and maintaining length) and seemed knowledgeable about my natural hair type. The only thing I would say is that, if I hadn't have had a discount code, the normal price would be way too expensive for me to have regular cuts there.
