Bought a package deal then was charged £25 extra when leaving for toner which I wasn’t aware would be more, and little consultation on colour. Also felt really rushed as other customers were waiting as booking timings weren’t aligned properly.

Hair was coloured styled by Kirsty. We were heading to a weekend festival and the waves she style lasted the whole time! And as for the colour, I really love the result.
