Laura was so lovely and very funny. The wax was generally good, but a lot of strip wax was used instead of hot wax - not that this is that much of an issue, but I am getting faster regrowth as I don't think the roots were taken out of particular areas. Great place though.

Kirstie was just the best! I was nervous about a restyle but I knew early on I was in safe hands. She is really knowledgeable and just generally lovely. I’m so so pleased with my new hair and I will definitely be returning! xx
