The actual massage was ok at best. But the service was poor; no client card to fill out or proper consultation for her to find out any allergies, pregnancy, medical conditions etc. Only asked, as putting oil on, if any injuries, cuts/bruises. She didn’t leave the room to allow me to undress in privacy. Not once asked if pressure ok. Only asked if temp ok after 30mins. I understand I got an introductory offer, but I don’t think service should be compromised on this basis. Sorry, wouldn’t return.

I waited over 20 minutes for my appointment, no one said anything to me. I went for a trim, we agreed on me having about an inch cut off. I walked out with having about 4 inches cut off and I’m pretty upset about it. I’ve been growing my hair for about a year and my hair is unmanageable short.
