The haircut was great and exactly what I wanted, however I was a little bit disappointed that I had to wait around for a few minutes after my appointment time as the hairdressers were both working with other clients when I arrived. Overall it was a good experience, it just took longer than I had planned for.

Really relaxing massage, Joanna focused on any areas that were particularly tense (shoulders/neck), felt great afterwards!

They seemed a bit understaffed which didn’t make for a very welcoming experience. Didn’t like my blow dry a lot but the cut was good and I liked the products used.
