Karla really listened to the issues I was having with my hair and what I wanted from my appointment. She made my hair so much more manageable with a really decent, skilled cut and I'm really happy to have found a hairdresser I can come back to. Left the salon with a great big smile!

Left the salon clearly not pleased with my hair and confused, but in the awkward situation of not really knowing what to say. when I got home and had a proper chance to look at it, I felt worse. I asked for my hair to be trimmed and kept long and thinned out, with a soft 70s style fringe/bangs put in it. I was told that thinning it would look bad so I had to have layers. I thought I would trust the stylist, but he cut such short layers and gave me the strangest, clumpy/wide fringe ever. I feel like everything I asked for was done differently. He also left whilst my treatment was being done to smoke and talk on the phone, then came back in smelling of smoke.
Feel bad leaving such a bad review but I’m really unhappy and feel my only option is to try and grow it all back out again 😭
