Joanna was so friendly, welcoming and understanding as this was my first ever hollywood wax. She prepared me for the pain and was really patient with me. I will be recommending her to everyone I know! I have already booked another appointment with her in 5 weeks time!

Rushed treatments and I was messed around beforehand with my appointment times. I was told it was due to Covid and needing time either side of appointments, however when I arrived I soon realised it was to fit more appointments in and mine was very rushed. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed as it was an expensive treatment for the level of service I received, beforehand when ringing ahead and the actual treatment.
