I treated myself to a facial and massage on a rainy Sunday. It was exactly what I needed. My therapist Joanna was great and made sure the treatments were to my satisfaction. Have been recommending to all of my friends!

Good facial but awful extractions

Classic Facials

I’ve had facials and extractions before. The facial before the extraction part was very pleasant and relaxing but the extractions were the most painful I’ve ever had and Joanna was far too rough on my skin. I have been left with little scabs on my nose and marks elsewhere days later. I feel really disappointed as I’ve had extractions before and I know they are painful but this was truly awful. My skin is still sore all over and I definitely will not be booking again.•over 5 years ago
