Great wax, but so much stress the day before due to my appointment time being automatically changed x3 times - to times that weren’t suitable, when I had booked many days in advance. Even on the day itself the appointment was double booked. Quite frustrating.

Didn’t listen to what I wanted and went scissor happy on my hair so it’s way shorter than I wanted, I’ve cried several times since having it as i feel I look hideous. And all before I start a new job next week. Wouldn’t recommend
