Though my haircut and balayage was okay, I can't give 5 stars as my stylist was 40 minutes late which ate into plans I had mate for later in the day. I also had a few unexpected costs on top of what I had already paid online (and saw the same happen to the girl next to me too) - with that in mind, I don't think the haircut and colour I got was worth the near £200 I paid.
Overall it wasn't bad, I've just had much better experiences at other salons (and for less money!) and so won't be back.

Joanna was great, but the treatment room wasn’t that nice, there was a buzzing noise all the way through my treatment and really strong blue lights which weren’t very relaxing.
