Best facial I’ve had. Laura is exceptionally professional. She really knows her stuff. The facial was tailored to my skin. I trusted her guidance and she gave me some great advice too. I’m feeling so much better than when I walked in. I would 100% recommend. I’ve already rebooked to treat myself pre Christmas. Thank you Laura :)

Incredibly disappointed, paid for a hot wax but mostly got strip wax, terrible technique to the waxing - painful & I came out in a complete rash which has literally next happened to me before, would not recommend at all.
