Aurane was so caring and such a wonderful hairdresser. This was my first time doing something different, she made me feel really relaxed and supported offering options and talking me through each step!
The rest of the staff were also lovely I could see other clients hair looking fantastic! Highly recommend and cannot wait to go back, Thank you! X

Facial was poor from start to finish. The therapist seemed perfectly nice but didn’t introduce herself, didn’t ask me anything about what I was looking for, didn’t ask how she could help make me comfortable (I’m 8 months pregnant), didn’t talk me through any products she was using. She did ask if I wanted an ‘extraction’ which turned out was to squeeze my spots with her fingers and was so painful I had to ask her to stop, and has left scars. Tried emailing and calling the salon but no reply.

Taise was very friendly at put me at ease. The deep tissue massage was great, the perfect level of relaxing but also getting out tension and knots. Would definitely return! Thanks :)
