The therapist was really lovely, but the manicure itself wasn't great. I booked the Shellac Manicure, but ended up with what I feel was a shape and Gel polish. Definitely no manicure pampering experience and the use of Gel instead of Shellac was disappointing. I also have a couple of small cuts around my cuticles and the gel bulges a bit at the top of some of my nails.
The massage was good, but although the massage took a full hour it felt a bit like the therapist was rushing at some points.
