Really quite awful experience. Firstly they washed my hair so aggressively that she had to dry my jumper with a hair dry because it was soaked through. I asked for a very specific blow dry (with a picture shown) and I came out with nothing like the picture. No hair spray was used which meant the blow dry fell out within an hour of the service.

I booked eyebrow threading but was given a wax treatment instead. The service was good, quick and very skilled. I'm satisfied with the service :)
