This was my first appointment with Francesca and I definitely will be coming back. I’ve never felt so comfortable and well informed in a beauty appointment, she took the time to talk me through the process and kept me informed of what she was doing whilst she worked. Such a lovely person too and such a cosy and clean salon. My lashes look amazing and extra points for the heated blanket! 🖤
