I was gutted when I found out that Franchesa was fully booked because I can only go to her now for my hollywood waxing. My first time was slightly nerve racking but she is delightful, friendly, warm, calming, funny, bubbly, very professional and overall has a genuine aura about her. I know she is the best because my hair grew out differently esp with Lyca wax it was not painful at all. Franchesa is very gentle so if you're hesistant to book...just book! :)
