As always Francesca is welcoming and positive. The treatment is for my daughter who suffers from hormonal breakouts which are deep and sore on her chin and nose. The areas are sensitive, and Francesca knows that Beatrix may cry with some of the extraction.She has tailored the technique to cause the least pain. This is her expertise. I am very grateful to Francesca as her tips and knowledge have ‘rubbed off’ on Beatrix and she has started to look after her skin much better.
