Absolutely fabulous facial, Francesca is a gem, she really takes the time to explain everything beforehand and the treatment itself was wonderful, she used good quality products and the foot/hand massage option was a lovely addition whilst the mask was on. It was a such a relaxing facial, I didn't want to leave!
