Francesca was really friendly and called me just before the appointment to make sure I could find it and was in the right place, which was really helpful. I booked a Brazilian hot wax which I’ve had before elsewhere. Francesca made me feel very at ease and made sure I knew which wax I wanted her to use. She talked through what she was doing step by step and made sure I was happy with the result. She obviously knows her stuff too which I find reassuring. Would definitely go again :)

Had my first treatments at Echo Beauty on Friday. Spent an hour and a half with Francesca having hollywood wax and a file and polish. Francesca is absolutely lovely and put me ease straight away. It was the least painful wax I've ever had - think it was down to Francesca nattering away to me throughout!
It's a bit of a drive for me but I will definitely book again with Echo Beauty.
