Francesca gave a warm and professional welcome. She talked through my medical issues sensitively and we agreed how she would work with me. She took me into a beautifully relaxed and clean space with plush towels and blankets. She then described exactly what would happen so I could choose to talk during the treatment or entirely switch off. I felt so relaxed and cocooned under the blanket at the end it was hard to get up, but I wasn't rushed. Best massage ever and fantastic customer service.
