I was in for a beard trim and it went from a complete mess to a very professional look. The best part was the shaving of the lower neck, so smooth! Thoroughly recommended.

Vida was lovely but the experience was awful. The bed was dirty with previous hair all over it and only a small paper towel for me to lay on. The hot wax was way too hot and burnt my skin slightly and the removal of the wax was super painful
