Viktorija was really lovely, didn't rush, the shampoo was nice and relaxing and just overall a pleasant experience. I was in dire need of a trim as I hadn't had a haircut in so long, and I didn't give her any particular direction, just needed the dead ends chopped and some layers put back in for some shape - even with minimal instructions, came out of there with a nice cut and feeling great. Thanks. (For context: very long, fine, medium blonde hair)
