Went in with long hair & asked for a trim, she gave me a bob.
Very upset to have lost so much length which had taken me a very long time to grow. Also she added 'layers' which are just random short bits which flick out & look weird.
When I pointed out that there were random chunks taken out of the cut (after already politely telling her she was cutting a lot more off than we discussed & I was very uncomfortable) she said it was because I hadn't paid for a blow dry?
