Viktorija was amazing - so helpful and knowledgeable. I went in for a quite dramatic restyle and she nailed it! I felt a bit nervous about a big change but felt very comfortable. She definitely knew how to interpret my description and reference for my hair type, and was very kind - sometimes I can feel insecure about my hair and thinning but she did a great job.
