I was in the salon for five hours. I was waiting 40 mins for my stylist to figure out how to use the ring light and find her iPhone to take an “after” picture of another clients hair. At the end of my appointment she then insisted on doing the same with my hair despite the salon now being closed for business for the day. The staff spoke to one another in their own language constantly which was very off putting. While I was there I witnessed an argument between a stylist and another customer who complained that they had been waiting 30 mins for a cut and the stylist asked the customer to leave stating “I don’t want to cut your hair”. I also asked for two inches off my hair and it’s bad when at the end of the treatment I had to ask “when are you going to cut it?” Only to be told that she had already cut it. I would not recommend this salon unfortunately and I will not be returning. Perhaps these were just teething issues with re opening post pandemic.
