Alex is too hesitant in cutting hair. It took a very long time and the brief was not followed at all. The salon needs a deep clean. Some areas are dirty and its not dirt from the same day but that has been accumulated for quite some time (e.g the glass around the stairs have heavy stains) the floor is superficially cleaned
