Post-event trigger point release after competition and I honestly can't put into words how grateful I am to Regina. Her skills and techniques worked like magic. So knowledgeable, professional and genuinely considerate throughout the whole treatment. You can tell she truly understands athletes' bodies and recovery needs. If you're involved in sports and looking after your performance and recovery, Ease Move Therapy should be your first choice in Harborne. Definitely highly recommended.

Regina was so kind, caring, considerate generally just lovely. I had a deep tissue massage initially. she went through all the issues I had and linked these to body maps on the wall to show what muscles would be targeted. can't recommend enough
