I had a head, neck, and back massage. It was okay, I felt the pressure was a little too intense, and I didn't have enough time to situate myself evenly on the table before she came into the room, so I was falling off a little bit and didn't have an opportunity to readjust. I'm happy I went, and my muscles do feel better, but it didn't knock my socks off.
